Forming (injection molding) is one of the main processes in the production of sanitary ceramics. The forming mechanism is: with the help of gypsum model and slurry, under certain environmental conditions (temperature and humidity), depending on the natural slurry absorption force of the model and through a certain external pressure, the slurry changes from a fluid state to a plastic solid slurry through a thixotropic state. The mud with water content of nearly 30% will be changed into mud blank with water content of about 17%, and mud blank will be formed due to water loss of about 13%. Then, the whole forming process is completed through slurry setting, consolidation, stripping and trimming. The external shape of the product is formed through the internal shape of the model. Model, mud and environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) are the three major factors affecting the molding.
In this article, we will introduce the automatic high-pressure forming production line for water tank of our company Tangshan Taike Technology Co., Ltd., which has the following main characteristics:
10 sets of double mold water tank molds are loaded on the standard line.
Resin molding is adopted. The mold does not need drying treatment and can be continuously produced.
·The total amount of grouting per day is more than 1500 pieces.
·Floor area L28 * W6 * H5.
·Fully automatic grouting, demoulding and conveying processes reduce the labor intensity of workers.
·Workers only need to move the products down at the end of the conveyor line for processing.
·The total installed capacity of the equipment is 60KW, and the time operation rate is 20%.
· PLC and touch screen are used for control. The equipment is easy to operate, learn and remotely debug programs.
·A simple parameter modification platform is designed, which can adjust the parameters in time according to the performance changes of the mud.
·The die pressure system is divided into ten independent groups. When one of them fails, the normal operation of other machines will not be affected.
