Differences in toilet production of different companies

In this article, we will continue to introduce the differences between different manufacturers of toilets.

Different high-temperature kilns in different plants

At present, there are two types of high-temperature kilns in the whole sanitary industry: the first is that the traditional high-temperature kilns controlled manually account for more than 80% of the industry, and the temperature inside the kilns is only about 1000 ℃. The temperature difference inside the kilns is large, and the product quality is unstable. The second type is the imported computer controlled high-temperature kiln. The temperature in the kiln is up to 1260 ℃, and the temperature difference at any point in the kiln is less than 5 ℃. The cost is high, and the quality of products is stable.

We have a shuttle kiln of 128m3 and a tunnel kiln of 96m. The equipment is highly intelligent and the annual production capacity can reach 600000 sets.

Different plants have different firing time

The burning time of the toilet has a great impact on the quality of the toilet. If the time is short, the toilet will not burn through. We often see a black heart in the middle of the toilet, which is the reason why it is not burned through. For example, for the same 240 meter long kiln, the output of a good factory may be only one third of that of an ordinary factory, because the firing time of a good factory is very long. The extension of firing time ensures that the toilet is completely porcelain, as dense as a porcelain bowl, with high hardness and wear resistance!

Delivery inspection is different

Each toilet in the brand factory has gone through two passes of machine inspection and manual inspection. Strictly inspect the size, specification and flushing strength. The national standards are the same, but the internal control standards of each brand are different. The internal control standards of good brands are strict, while the internal control standards of ordinary brands are relatively loose. The first detection: vacuum side leakage; Check whether there are bubbles or air holes through high-pressure gas detection. The second test: water test, test the flushing area, flushing force, whether the glaze is smooth, and whether the water piece is qualified. After painting the inner wall of the toilet with colored oily paint for two hours, flush with water to test the self-cleaning property of the self-cleaning glaze and the flushing strength.

From raw materials to finished products, a toilet goes through 19 processes: slurry matching, mixing - mold grouting - preliminary shaping - baking room drying - shaping - water filling - billet inspection - glaze spraying - foot scraping - kiln entry - kiln firing - porcelain unloading - quality inspection - repair - assembly - water testing - secondary inspection - packaging - warehousing. Only in each process, strict requirements for excellence can a good toilet be produced. Of course, in addition to producing a good toilet, a good brand should also do a good job of service and security, so that consumers can buy at ease, use at ease, and experience happiness!
