Part 2 General Organization
2.1 Transport and Basic Drawing
General plan
In the early stages of meeting technological requirements, the layout is as compact as possible to conserve land; the power facilities are close to the load center; the buildings take advantage of natural light and ventilation; and the roads and buildings meet the requirements for fire prevention, sanitary conditions, and engineering pipeline layout.
Transportation: On the basis of meeting technical requirements, reduce capital expenditures, decrease freight, and enhance efficiency.
The principal manufacturing workshop of the new plant is designed with a three-story building structure, based on previous experience and local conditions (1.2 million pcs of the first phase project). The first story houses the raw material processing, glazing, firing workshop, and final product warehouse, while the second floor houses the molding workshop. Please refer to the process layout diagram for specifics.
Heating and ventilation: The molding room is heated by a hot blast burner that can precisely manage the room's temperature and humidity, so conserving a substantial amount of energy and labor. Molding room ventilation utilizes equipment such as hot air blowers, ceiling fans, shaking head fans, etc. to circulate air. Additionally, the hot blast stove features a ventilation function.
