DRYING CHAMBER, A PLASTER MOULD DRYER
SUNLETS Technology's innovative drying technique employs periodic operation, highly flexible chambers with wide temperature ranges. This drying system reuses hot air from the kiln. Spinning cones within the chamber allow the dry and hot air to reach all surfaces of the bodies to be dried.
Swinging cones and axial fans enable air mixing during the drying process of plaster molds.
These combinations, with the help of spagless casting procedures, can at least quadruple the output of traditional plaster casting benches.
The wall body and roof of the chamber are composed of polyurethane foam board or rock wool insulation board, and the chamber frame is constructed of various superior steel materials.
The Source heating system The system uses interior hot air supply pipes, heat-resistant induced-draft fans, natural gas burners, electric air-regulating doors, and other components to provide heat. It is also capable of using kiln waste heat.
Hot air drying cycles, made up of a cyclone fan tube, a hot air pipe, a main heating fan, a circulating fan, and its power part.
Its discharging system consists of axial fans, electronic valves, and moisture exhaust pipes.
Electric system To guarantee the equipment operates steadily, electrical controls from globally renowned manufacturers like Mitsubishi and Schneider are used, along with power distribution cabinets, temperature and humidity sensors, and associated wiring systems.
