Glazing Booth

Glazing robots manufactured by Sunlets Technology are capable of being extensively integrated with a variety of accessories currently available on the market. These accessories include controlled turntable axes and Mass Control, which is a system that regulates the feeding of glaze to the spray gun. Additionally, Sunlets Technology's glazing robots are able to work in concert with other components of the glazing system, such as carousels, transfer units, and conveyors.

Description

Structure of the machine


The glazing cabinet is made up of a double-station glazing room, a dust-collecting room, and a dual air induction system. The glazing room is semi-open and positioned at the front of the machine. The dust-collecting compartment is positioned at the back of the machine, separated by a partition. A water tank, a water circulation system, water supply pipes, a sink, a deflector, and a water curtain board comprise the glazing cabinet. The induced draft system is positioned on top of the machine's rear cabinet and is made up of two sets of induced draft fans and fan supports.
