The squat pan casting molds are installed vertically, in a cluster, with automated or manual demolding, dual molds can be placed in one mold for high volume casting needs, and a mix of different products can be cast alongside other basin casting system's moulds, making this casting system ideal for both flexibility and mass production.

 

Key Highlights of the system

 

This new high pressure casting equipment is a pressure casting machine up to 12 molds. 

Programmable control system enables highly customized, flexible control based on slip performance and grouting requirements. Easy to operate and easy to learn.

 

It is primarily applicable to casting and forming the green body squat pans, washbasins, pedestals, water tanks, sinks, lids, and accessories casting plants which are why it is the first choice for modern sanitary ceramic factories.

 

Each mold is capable of being operated independently, and a variety of products can be cast using different molds during the same casting cycle.

 

These resin moulds are used vertically, in an array, with automated or servo demoulding, as well as with a rotating option for horizontal demolding requirements. To achieve simultaneous casting of different items, each mould is powered individually to make sure the casting cycles are right for the specific mold.
