This Horizontal high pressure casting bench is designed to offer both the versatility and high production rates that are characteristic of battery machines, while also providing the capability to cast items using 3, 4, or 5 part moulds. Its structure is used for casting a variety of sanitary ware including washbasins, sinks, pedestals, squat toilets, tanks, and lids. The casting bench allows for customization in the number of moulds to accommodate specific factory requirements and desired output levels. Additionally, the machine's length can be tailored based on the maximum number of moulds planned for installation.
This equipment is particularly well-suited for manufacturing open-rim water closets (WC bowls) and can be easily adapted for other types of products as well. If necessary, the system can incorporate stages for gluing outside of the machine. For the demoulding process, there is an option to automate it using an anthropomorphic robot. Alternatively, a manual process supported by a servo-assisted zero-weight manipulator can be employed.
