This is a high efficency slip pool agitator for sanitaryware ceramic factories.
Designed to agitate clay slip in ceramics, this equipment prevents solid particles from settling and maintains a consistent slip viscosity through rotating blades.
This equipment is primarily used to stir slip in the ceramics plants in order to prevent the solid particles stored in the slip pool from precipitating. To fulfill the goal of aging or mixing, the slip is maintained consistently suspended after the revolving mixing operation of the stirring blade.
Key Structures:

The agitating pool has a stirring device, and the slip stored therein continuously rotates and rolls through the rotation of the stirring blade inside the pool, ensuring the slip is always in a suspended state in the pool to ensure the slip is uniform. The motor is decelerated by the reducer to transmit the power to the double-layer stirring blade via the coupling and the stirring shaft, so the stirring blade stirs the slip at a speed of 10.5 m/s. The entire body is mounted on the slip pool and fastened with bolts. The bottom shaft end of the stirring shaft employs a radial support to prevent the rotation of the stirring system.
