Working Principle

When the mill cylinder is rotated by the transmission device, the grinding media, due to the effect of inertial centrifugal force, adheres to the liner surface of the mill cylinder's inner wall and rotates with it. After being carried to a certain height, it falls freely under the action of gravity. At this point, the grinding media crushes the material inside the cylinder. Simultaneously, the grinding media undergoes a cyclical motion of rising and falling within the rotating mill, generating sliding and rolling. This causes a grinding action between the grinding media, the liner, and the material being ground, resulting in the material being finely ground.
